Cursed Skulls

更新 2026-10-17· バージョン 1.6.0Malice, Swarm

Cursed skulls are the floating heads a Malice mouth keeps producing. They come in Bokoblin, Moblin and Lizalfos shapes. Each one has almost no health. The problem is the mouth, which replaces them until you destroy the eye that feeds it.

Kill the ones in the way, then stop the source

An arrow, a swing or a remote bomb removes a skull. They drift slowly, so you do not need a flurry rush. Bomb the cluster if several are already in the corridor. Do not chase a single skull around a Divine Beast while more are coming out behind you.

The mouth is not the source you can finish. Look for the orange eye on the same mass of Malice. One arrow there shuts the mouth, and the skulls stop. If you only clear the heads, the next room you enter will have a fresh set waiting, because the mouth never turned off.

Where the shapes matter

The three shapes are the same nuisance with a different silhouette. None of them block, none of them hide a real weapon drop you need, and none of them are the night-time Stal monsters from the overworld. Stal enemies rebuild from a skull on the ground and vanish at dawn. Cursed ones only exist next to Malice.

In the castle and in Vah Rudania's tighter halls, they are how a run loses hearts without a real fight. Shoot the eye as soon as you see the purple, even if a skull is closer to the camera. The skull is one hit whenever you get to it. The eye is the lock.
