Urbosa's Fury
Urbosa's Fury calls lightning down on everything around Link. You unlock it by freeing Divine Beast Vah Naboris with the Gerudo. It holds three charges, and each one is a full area strike.
Where the lightning lands
Activate it and a circle of lightning hits enemies near you. It staggers groups of Bokoblins and takes a large chunk out of a boss that is already in melee range. It does not aim. If you are standing next to a chest or a metal weapon you wanted to keep, the bolt can throw it.
Metal gear on the ground, and a metal weapon you are holding in a storm, can be lost or can shock you. Sheathe metal before you trigger it in a wet fight. Wooden and ancient weapons stay in your hand. The bolt itself does not spend weapon durability.
The Gerudo quest and the charges
Start in Gerudo Town. You need the vai disguise to enter, then help Riju reach Vah Naboris. Thunderblight Ganon is the fight inside, and it is the fastest of the four blights. Urbosa's Fury is the reward. Use one charge to open that fight if you are still learning the dash.
Three charges refill on their own, the same way Revali's Gale does. Do not empty them on one Bokoblin camp if Naboris or the castle is the next stop. One charge into a Lynel's recovery, right after you are thrown off its back, is the usual place it earns its keep.
