Aerocuda
Aerocudas are flying fish that patrol sky ruins and some surface cliffs. They dive in a straight line and knock you off a wing or a ledge. One arrow brings them down. The eyeball is the drop to keep: fuse it to an arrow and the arrow turns toward a target. Wings are materials. They are not a glider.

Shoot the dive
They circle, then commit to a line. The moment the line starts, one shot to the body is enough for the common ones. If you are on a zonai wing, do not wait for the dive to arrive. A hit sends you off the platform and the wing flies on without you. Standing on solid sky-island stone is the safe place to farm them.
Elemental Aerocudas are less common and spit as they approach. Treat the spit like a Keese of the same element: do not meet an electric one in the rain with a metal bow drawn longer than you need. A bomb arrow is wasted on a single fish. Save bombs for camps and Gleeok heads.
Eyeballs for arrows
An Aerocuda eyeball on an arrow curves toward an enemy. It is the same job as a Keese eyeball, and you will want a stack of both once Gleeoks and armored Lynels show up. Fuse the eyeball, then aim near the target. You do not need a perfect headshot for the arrow to bend in. Wings can be sold or kept as generic monster parts.
They respawn with the Blood Moon on the same sky routes. If a sky island has two or three, mark it and come back when you are building a homing-arrow stock before a boss. Do not chase one off the edge of the island. Let it circle back into bow range.
