Equipment Tier System Overhaul

* Tier penalties/bonuses are now dynamic based on equipment tier and enemy tier difference.
* Reduced damage reduction when player weapons are closer in tier to an enemy.
* Tier II enemies now react to being struck by lower-tier weapons.

Companion and NPC Improvements

* Reviving companions restores 75% of their health instead of 50%.
* Increased starting health of companions for improved combat viability.
* Merchants at Dawnshore docks now offer 'Fine' gear.

Quest and Exploration Fixes

* Brambles in Delemgan Glade vanish upon acquiring the Adragan Heart.
* Grysca the apothecary now advances "An Untimely End" quest even after the Thalla the Ogre bug.
* Key characters respawn if missing on loading a save, preventing quest progression blocks.

Crashes and Major Issues

* Removed crash when casting Corrosive Siphon on destructible objects.
* Optimized resource handling of VFX during paused gameplay to prevent crashes.

* Improved frame rate when rendering damage numbers on multiple enemies.
