Captain Construct

The captain builds a body around a core, the same way a Flux Construct does, only the silhouette is a warrior instead of a pile of blocks. Chip the arms and it rebuilds the swing. Shoot or strike the core when it is exposed, and the body comes apart. A soldier construct next to it will keep shooting while you look for that core, so drop the soldier first if the room is small.

A spear or an arrow reaches the core without standing in the weapon arc. Do not climb it while the weapon is coming down. The shock of the hit throws you off, and you land in the swing. After it breaks, pick the horn up before you fuse something weaker on top of a charge you meant to save.

The basic horn is a sky-island upgrade, in the same way a Bokoblin horn is a ground upgrade. The mid and high horns are the ones to put on a weapon you will still be holding after the island. The top tier is not given a material line in the table, so do not invent a drop from the blank cell. Fight it for the health bar, and take whatever the body actually leaves.

Great Sky Island and the chain of islands toward the sky are the basic habitat. Mid captains are written at the Lanayru sky islands and West Necluda. High captains are at Thyphlo Ruins and the Lanayru sky islands, and the high row adds a large Zonai charge. The special captain stays in the shrine. It is not a reason to search the overworld.
