Stasis

更新 2026-10-15· バージョン 1.6.0Rune, Upgrade

Stasis freezes one object in time. Hits you land during the freeze are stored, then released as a launch when the timer ends. The Hateno Ancient Tech Lab upgrade, Stasis+, is what lets you freeze enemies.

Launching rocks and doors

The Plateau version already solves the shrines that want a boulder in a hole. Freeze the boulder, hit it with a two-handed spin toward the socket, and step back. The same trick moves a metal door that Magnesis cannot quite angle, or a raft you need to shove upstream.

The stored force has a cap. Extra hits after the object is flashing do nothing. Aim the last swing. A mistimed launch sends the boulder off the cliff and you have to start the shrine over.

Stasis+ on a fight

After the blue flame quest in Hateno, Stasis+ freezes a monster for a short moment. It does not store weapon hits on a living target the way it stores them on a rock. Use the pause to line up a headshot, mount a Lynel, or run past a Guardian that has already started the lock-on.

The cooldown is long enough that you get one freeze per fight, not a loop. Spend it on the attack you cannot dodge, not on the first Bokoblin. The upgrade does not change how rocks launch, so the shrine puzzles you already know still work the same way.
