Stal Enemies

업데이트 2026-10-17· 버전 1.6.0Humanoid, Night

At night the roads grow Stalkoblins, Stalmoblins and Stalizalfos. A Stalnox is the same idea at Hinox size. They are brittle. One hit scatters the body into a pile, and the fight is not over until the skull is broken, because the pile pulls itself back together.

Body, then the skull

Any weapon scatters them. A remote bomb is better when several are climbing out of the ground at once, because the blast hits every skull in the pile. After the body drops, there is a short pause. Shoot or smack the skull during that pause. If you loot a chest first, they are standing again when you turn around.

A Stalnox falls the same way a Hinox does: an arrow to the eye knocks it down. The eye then pops out and sits on the ground as its own target. Hit that eye. If you only chop the body, it picks the eye up and stands. At 5:00 in the morning the Stal monsters collapse and disappear on their own, so a long fight can be won by surviving until dawn.

They are not the cursed skulls

Stal enemies are an overworld night spawn. They are not produced by a Malice mouth, and shooting a nearby wall will not stop them. Camp until morning, or clear the skulls, if you need the road. Their drops are the same family as the living version: horns, fangs and the occasional weapon in a bony hand.

Bokoblin camps you already cleared can be a skeleton camp after dark. The bomb barrels are still there. Shoot the barrel, then the skulls, and you do not need a new plan just because the skin is gone. Silver and elemental habits belong to the living monsters. The bones are the night version of the red ones.
